Stonehenge Designs is an Interior Architecture studio based in Gurgaon, engaged in creating thoughtful and experiential spaces across a diverse range of projects including residences, restaurants, cafés, boutique offices, and hospitality environments.

Over the years, our site managers and execution teams have become an integral part of the organization, growing alongside Stonehenge and contributing significantly to its journey. Having worked across a wide spectrum of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects over more than two decades, they bring invaluable practical knowledge, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities to every assignment.

Vimi Rath
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Vimi Rath is a versatile designer with over two decades of experience spanning graphics, lighting and interior design. Following her early assignments as an Art Director with leading advertising agencies and design houses, she went on to establish her own design practice and founded Stonehenge Designs — a studio that truly embodies its philosophy of creating “your story in your space.”
An alumna of the TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi, Vimi developed a strong foundation in design thinking and spatial understanding early in her career. As a qualified architect with more than 20 years of professional experience, she has worked across a diverse range of projects including luxury residences, workspaces, hospitality, wellness and retail environments. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach every project with both creativity and practicality, while maintaining a deep sensitivity toward the experience and emotion of space.
Vimi strongly believes in the power of experiential design and consistently strives to create environments that engage the senses and foster meaningful human connections. Her years as a visiting faculty member teaching Master of Interior Architecture students at Sushant School of Architecture further enriched her design philosophy and strengthened her commitment to thoughtful, user-centric design.
Known for her exceptional space-planning abilities and strong visualization skills, Vimi handles projects of varying scales and complexities with clarity and ease. Her perfectionist attitude, combined with meticulous attention to detail, enables her to craft spaces that are refined, layered, and deeply experiential.
In recent years, her growing interest in sustainability and climate-responsive architecture has led her toward extensive research in natural and low - impact construction techniques. She is currently actively involved in designing and developing a mud house at Avivaan Natural Farms — an ongoing exploration of sustainable living rooted in simplicity, local materials, and ecological sensitivity.
Conceived as a deeply sustainable structure, the farmhouse aims to minimize the use of cement and chemical-based construction materials to the greatest extent possible, while still accommodating the comforts and practicalities of contemporary living. Designed for her own family and children, the project reflects her belief that sustainable architecture need not feel primitive or disconnected from modern lifestyles, but can instead create a harmonious balance between comfort, nature, and conscious living.
Asheem Rath
CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Asheem is often described as the “patiently impatient” force behind the team — someone who combines relentless drive with a grounded, hands-on approach to execution. His ability to manage people, processes, and timelines with equal efficiency has been instrumental in delivering projects that are both thoughtfully crafted and meticulously executed.
A postgraduate from NIFT, Asheem brings with him extensive experience across the fashion, retail, and retail architecture industries. Over the years, he has worked with some of the most recognized national and international brands, developing a deep understanding of large-scale project execution, customer experience, and retail environments.
Before joining Stonehenge Designs, Asheem headed Debenhams Retail in India and played a key role in the retail expansion of the Planet Sports chain of stores. His professional journey also includes associations with leading brands such as ITC, Replay, Wilson, Puma, Adidas, and several others. He was also part of the early team behind one of India’s pioneering online fashion platforms, Fashion and You, before going on to establish his own online clothing venture.
Since becoming a part of Stonehenge Designs over eight years ago, Asheem has successfully led the execution and management of numerous large-scale commercial and residential projects. His unwavering commitment to quality, timelines, and detail-oriented execution continues to shape the firm’s work culture and project delivery standards.
Known for his strong leadership and collaborative spirit, Asheem constantly motivates his team to push boundaries and create spaces that are both meaningful and exceptionally well executed.
His latest venture, Avivaan Farms, reflects a more personal and deeply rooted journey toward sustainable practices and regenerative living. Over the past four years, he has been passionately transforming an arid and barren piece of land into a thriving green farm and evolving food forest. Through persistent experimentation with organic farming practices, water management systems, and innovative irrigation techniques, the land has gradually flourished into a vibrant ecosystem enriched with trees, biodiversity, and animal life.
For Asheem, the farm is more than a project — it is an ongoing exploration of resilience, stewardship, and the possibility of creating meaningful, sustainable environments that reconnect people with nature.
Sunil Kumar
TECHINICAL HEAD
ON-SITE - OPERATIONS
Sunil Kumar is a veteran in site management and execution, bringing with him years of invaluable hands-on experience in handling projects from their raw construction stage through to final handover. His deep practical knowledge, calm problem-solving approach, and exceptional understanding of on-site operations make him one of the strongest pillars of the Stonehenge team.
Having joined Stonehenge during its nascent years, Sunil has been closely associated with nearly every project undertaken by the firm. Over time, he has successfully managed countless residential and commercial sites, earning the trust of both the team and clients through his reliability, dedication, and unwavering work ethic.
Known internally as the person everyone depends upon during moments of crisis, Sunil has an extraordinary ability to navigate challenges on-site with patience, resilience, and determination. He approaches every obstacle with a solution-oriented mindset and never hesitates to go beyond his role to ensure smooth project execution.
Sunil’s relentless spirit, positive attitude, and refusal to accept defeat in difficult situations have contributed immensely to the growth and journey of Stonehenge over the years. His commitment to quality, teamwork, and execution excellence continues to shape the firm’s culture and project delivery standards.
For Stonehenge, Sunil is far more than an employee — he is an integral part of the foundation on which the firm has grown, and it is difficult to imagine the journey of Stonehenge without his enduring contribution.
Anurag Dhar Dubey

Anurag, a civil engineer by education, has grown alongside Stonehenge through years of hands-on experience in operations, execution, and site management. After successfully managing project operations at Stonehenge, he transitioned into overseeing the development and day-to-day functioning of Avivaan Farms, where he has been an integral part of the journey since its very inception.
Deeply involved in every stage of the farm’s evolution, Anurag actively manages and coordinates a wide range of developments at the site — from infrastructure execution and technical installations to operational systems and on-ground implementation. His practical understanding, problem-solving approach, and commitment to timely execution make him a key pillar of the project.
Known for his pleasant demeanor, energetic spirit, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow, Anurag brings both dedication and positivity to the team. He currently leads and manages the operations at Avivaan Farms along with a team of four to five people, ensuring that the vision for the farm is translated efficiently into reality.
Over the years, Anurag has become an indispensable part of the Stonehenge and Avivaan journey. His sincerity, perseverance, and passion for the work are reflected in every aspect of the farm’s ongoing development. With unwavering commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, he continues to work tirelessly toward building Avivaan Farms into a meaningful and successful venture aligned with the vision of its founders.
